◈ 직무 개요
- Provide strategic advice and hands-on legal support for company’s publishing operations, e-sports, and OWL
- Draft, structure, negotiate, review, and advise on agreements and business commitments (including distribution agreements, license agreements, IT licenses and service agreements and tournament agreements)
- Research and advise business teams and game development teams on compliance requirements
- Research, manage and resolve pending or threatened disputes between company and other parties
- Assist with and manage other duties and special projects as requested by the Legal Director
- Work with the global Legal Team and External Affairs to protect company's interests, and establish best practices for the department
- Interact with government authorities when they are conducting investigations or audits 

◈ 경력 요건
- Holds a JD degree (the country does not matter)
- Native or near-native fluency in English or Japanese
- Understanding of the gaming industry practices would be an advantage
- 3-10 years of experience at a private law firm and/or for a multi-national corporation (job title may change depending on job experience) 
- Multicultural interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in all relevant South Korean laws and regulations especially the specific regulations related to publishing online, mobile and console games
- Ability to communicate effectively across various business functions and territories and an aptitude for working with people with diverse backgrounds and personalities at all levels of an organization
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy, reliability, and pride in work product, under deadline pressure
