수행업무
Working as a large DDI project leader based in Gangnam, you will be charge in :
# Full accountability for given projects
- Make & control specification with customer
- Establish development plan & design control for sub-block part
- Top verification (including IO & ESD)
- Project management (timeline, document, qualification process)
# Test setup support from wafer level to set level
# Driving an assorted failure analysis from evaluation to mass production
# Lead and manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations to secure on-time solution

자격 요건
# Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree (Bachelor ~ Doctor)
# 8 years+ experience in the field of DDI (prefer Large DDI)
# 3 years+ experience as Project Leader or Project manager
# Proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Network management of Tier 1 customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all internal levels.
# Significant insight & design ability in semiconductor engineering.
- Abundant experience/awareness of the IC design (Analog or Logic)
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process
- Experience of working with IC fabrication, assembly and test organizations
# Accumulated knowhow to various technical issues on DDI development.
# Proven success in achieving design-win to Tier 1 customers in display industry.
