◈ 직무 개요
The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and leading 3PL partnerships. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, advanced ERP system expertise, and fluent English communication with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and cost efficiency across the supply chain. In addition, this role is accountable for leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and execute mid-to-long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes to balance demand and supply.
• Analyze data trends to forecast risks and optimize inventory levels.
• Demonstrated track record of leading 3PL setup and migration projects
🔹 Operations & Process Management
• Oversee daily supply chain operations (order fulfillment, warehousing, inbound/outbound logistics).
• Lead and manage 3PL partners to ensure service quality, cost control, and process innovation.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and on-time delivery to internal/external customers.
• Drive supply chain digitalization initiatives through ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, etc.) and automation tools (RPA, Power BI, etc.)
🔹 Communication & Global Collaboration
• Act as the primary SCM liaison with global teams, ensuring alignment on planning, execution, and reporting.
• Use effective English communication skills to manage discussions, negotiations, and presentations with global stakeholders.
🔹 Cost Optimization & KPIs
• Monitor and manage supply chain budgets, cost of goods sold (COGS), and logistics expenses.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, Six Sigma, automation, RPA, etc.).
• Track and report KPIs such as OTIF (정시∙완전 납품), inventory turnover, 3PL SLA compliance (3PL 서비스 수준 협약), and supplier performance.
🔹 Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
🔹 Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.
• Build a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation within the SCM team.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and career development support to team members.
🔹 Logistics and Tariff Management
• Ensure all import/export shipments comply with international trade regulations, including customs laws, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately classify goods and manage tariff databases to minimize duties and ensure compliance with trade agreements.
• Evaluate logistics models (including 3PL/4PL options) and optimize freight operations across air, ocean, and land.
• Identify opportunities for duty reduction, exemptions, or refunds (e.g., drawback programs) while implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Monitor geopolitical changes, sanctions, and trade restrictions to proactively adapt logistics and tariff strategies.

◈ 경력 요건
- · A minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a team leader. Experience should include involvement in supply chain operations.
· Proven track record of successful management of cross-functional teams and service providers.
· Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Experience in moving quickly to adapt to fast moving and shifting contexts.
· Navigate and balance mid/long term development projects alongside the daily/weekly ‘firefighting’.
· In-depth knowledge of global logistics, distribution networks, and international trade regulations. Experience managing logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
· Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis related to supply chain operations.
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders. Experience in contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and collaborative partnerships.
