◈ 직무 개요
- Conduct technical trials, define product specs, and troubleshoot usage issues
- Develop customer relationships with foundry operations and R&D teams
- Coordinate internally with sales, product, and manufacturing teams
- Evaluate and improve product performance through field interaction
- Lead documentation and training for both internal and customer teams
- Support sales team in proposals, quotations, and marketing events
- Maintain application data, customer feedback, and case reports

◈ 경력 요건
- Education: Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Material Science
- Experience: 5–15 years in castings / foundry industry with regional sales exposure
- Knowledge: Metal casting processes, application trials, technical sales
- Language: Fluent in English; any Asian language an added advantage
- Location: Work From Home, with willingness to travel 60% across Asia
- Foundry application engineering and hands-on product integration
- Exposure to Asian foundry landscape, preferably multi-country
- Go-getter with track record of BD support in technical roles
- Familiarity with cored wire, metallurgy consumables, and equipment
- High accountability and customer obsession
- Collaborative across global and regional interfaces
- Situational adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communicator and persuasive in front of clients
- Detailed documentation and process discipline
- Entrepreneurial, motivated by impact, and responsive
