◈ 직무 개요
• Own and manage monthly rolling forecasts for Product Category Sales, Inventory, and Profit indicators for both Retail and Outlet channels,
ensuring accurate submission through the corporate planning system to HQ.• Present monthly forecasts and business performance updates to Local and HQ leadership during monthly business review meetings.
• Manage and execute allocation and stock transfer processes across Retail and Outlet stores in close partnership with Merchandising and
Retail teams, ensuring efficient product flow aligned with sales targets, inventory positions, and business priorities.
• Analyze end-of-season markdown performance and develop in-season optimization strategies, considering margin impact and seasonal
transition efficiency.
• Maintain close alignment with HQ Planning & Allocation to ensure consistency in merchandising plans and disciplined execution of
discounting strategies in line with company standards.
• Own all standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis across Retail and Outlet channels to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans for the Retail channel, incorporating market trends and seasonal budget planning to maximize
sell-through performance.
• Fully own Outlet channel OTB planning, including the “Made for Outlet” buying strategy, ensuring alignment with category merchandise plans and
accountability for inventory investment decisions.
• Present OTB forecasts and buying recommendations to Local and HQ leadership, clearly articulating production needs and purchase rationale in
alignment with assortment planning processes.

◈ 경력 요건
• Bachelor's degree
• Above 7 years of professional experiences in the related area, preferably in Luxury industry
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Good at SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power point
• In-depth understanding of the Korean luxury fashion market, commerce and trends
• Proficiency in both oral and written English skill
