◈ 직무 개요

- Support the design, implementation, and delivery of data center HVAC systems, including local data center cooling and air conditioning system architecture.

· Support technical review and project delivery activities related to DX air conditioning systems, water-cooled cooling systems, liquid cooling systems, and other data center HVAC systems.

· Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, detailed design documents, installation guides, technical solution documents, technical clarification materials, Q&A documents, and other project-related deliverables.

· Support design and technical review activities related to chillers, cooling towers, EHU, CDU, HVAC terminal units, water pumps, valves, BAS systems, and other HVAC-related equipment.

· Review and support compliance with local laws, regulations, codes, and technical requirements related to data center HVAC systems and integrated project delivery.

· Support pre-sales activities by analyzing bidding documents, preparing HVAC-related drawings and BOQ, supporting quotation design, preparing technical clarification materials, and assisting with technical solution communication with customers and vendors.

· Support after-sales project delivery by preparing detailed design drawings, BOQ, material lists, installation guides, technical communication records, and other delivery documents.

· Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and project teams regarding HVAC equipment specifications, material specifications, design drawings, technical requirements, and project delivery matters.

· Conduct or support on-site technical supervision, technical issue analysis, troubleshooting, system testing, acceptance inspection, and project handover activities.

· Support maintenance transition after project completion, including preparation of handover documents, issue records, and required technical materials.

· Establish and document technical standards, implementation processes, and work procedures required for project execution.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical communication meeting minutes, construction quality checklists, equipment power test reports, workload statistics, project progress reports, issue analysis reports, on-site service reports, weekly work reports, and other customer or project-required materials.

· Track customer technical inquiries, issue resolution status, vendor communication records, and project-related action items using email records, Excel tracking files, or other project documentation tools.

◈ 경력 요건

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or other related fields.

· Experience in HVAC engineering, data center facilities, mechanical design, cooling system design, or project delivery.

· Experience in preparing or reviewing HVAC drawings, BOQ, technical solution documents, installation guides, technical clarification documents, or project delivery documents.

· Experience using AutoCAD for HVAC drawing preparation, review, or modification.

· Knowledge of data center HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, and mechanical equipment.

· Knowledge of DX air conditioning systems, water-cooled cooling systems, liquid cooling systems, chillers, cooling towers, EHU, CDU, HVAC terminal units, water pumps, valves, BAS systems, or other HVAC-related equipment.

· Understanding of local laws, regulations, codes, or technical requirements related to data center HVAC systems and integrated project delivery.

· Knowledge of JIS, PSE, High Pressure Gas Safety Act, environmental regulations, or other relevant technical standards and regulatory requirements is preferred where applicable to the project scope.

Business-level proficiency in English is required.
