◈ 직무 개요
- Support recruitment efforts including sourcing, interfacing with recruiters, coordinating interviews, and interfacing with candidates.
- Serve as the face of the company and first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Act as a liaison and interface with employees at all levels, including customers and suppliers.
- Assist management or professional staff with duties, including reporting, filing, researching, and general project support.
- Complete various administrative tasks using diverse software applications (e.g.,MS Office Suite, NetSuite, Nexonia, DocuSign, ADP, etc.).
- Develop reports, memos, letters, etc., and compose, critique and edit correspondence.
- Handle incoming communications such as answering calls, taking messages, answering routine questions, including attending visitors when necessary.
- Maintain organized computer files and logs.
- Maintain schedule of events including management calendars, supply orders, company meetings, events and/or deliveries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and employees as needed.
- Prepare for new hires' first day by ordering all equipment, submitting IT requests for security setup, new hire onboarding, etc.
- Field issues with office facility.
- General office duties as required.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Familiar with South Korean labor laws and HR compliance.
- Highly detail oriented and organized.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and desire to deliver on assigned deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- 10% international travel possible.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing administrative support.
