- Involvement in the annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes, collaborating with local functional teams to generate accurate estimates.
- Work on a routine rhythm of business updates including weekly revenue pacing to track business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics, financial dashboards, and reports for planning and monitoring purposes, including monthly reporting decks for local and regional management and GTM teams.
- Conduct financial impact analyses and prepare ad-hoc business cases to support decision-making.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Collaborate with global teams as part of the APAC FP&A team to align regional metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining financial models and dashboards, ideally using BI tools.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or other related areas or an MBA with a focus on Finance.
- Professional accounting/finance qualification such as CPA, AICPA, ACCA or similar, with at least 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Excellent verbal and business written skills in both English and Korean.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter attitude, quick to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment, while being well-organized.
