◈ 직무 개요
- - Ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
- - Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design and analysis.
- - Manage annual salary increase process and provide compensation package for job offer to the candidates.
- - Review and reconcile monthly payroll by closely corresponding with payroll vendor.
- - Manage yearly budgeting process and provide personal costs analysis accordingly.
- - Facilitate and control compensation and benefits data administration and reporting via Success factors and other related compensation administration tools.
- - Conduct monthly closing of labor costs and prepare requested documents for finance audits.
◈ 경력 요건
- - Bachelor’s degree
- - Minimum 5 years of HR generalist professional work experience (previous experience in multinational company and/or retail industry preferred)
- - Excellent PC(MS-Office) skills, excellent speaking / writing skills both in English and Korean
- - Knowledge of HR basic policies and procedures
